Turbo Unitised Roloc Discs are designed for surface preparation applications including deburring, cleaning and finishing. Recommended as part of a 3-step finishing process subsequent to initial abrasive preparation, followed by our Felt Roloc Discs to achieve a bright polished finish.
Description
- Unitised roloc discs available in 6AM and 2SF grades
- Ideal for surface preparation applications including deburring, cleaning and finishing
- Can be used in 3 step process to achieve polished finish, equivalent to Norton blending discs for angle grinders
- 6AM Grade, first stage – approximately equivalent to Norton Vortex Rapid Blue Blending Discs in 5AM for blending after initial surface preparation
- 2SF Grade, second stage – equivalent to Norton Grey Rapid Blending Discs in 2SF for finer finishing
- Felt Roloc Discs, third stage – used in conjunction with buffing compounds to achieve a professional polished finish
- Currently available in 50mm and 75mm
- Recommended tools: Chicago Pneumatic CP7202 Pistol Sander for light use or for frequent industrial use we’d recommend the Dynabrade 48541 2″ (51mm) Right Angle Disc Sander or 48531 3″ (76mm) Right Angle Disc Sander
- Use with our high-quality 2″ and 3″ disc holders
- ‘R’ screw-type fitting, also known as ‘TR’, ‘SL2’, ‘roloc’, ‘siafix’, ‘speedlok’, twist-lock, quick-release or locking-type, for quick and easy attachment/removal
