Non-woven or surface conditioning flap discs are designed for finishing, blending and polishing tasks where a fine, consistent surface finish is required.

Made from non-woven nylon impregnated with abrasive grains, they offer a softer and more controlled approach compared to traditional abrasive discs. Their unique design allows them to conform to contours and irregular surfaces, making them ideal for delicate or precision work.

Applications: Blending weld seams, removing oxidation, preparing surfaces for painting, coating, or bonding without excessive material removal and light deburring without altering the workpiece dimensions.
