Book a Tool Service/Repair

Clear reporting, practical recommendations and experienced engineers you can rely on.
Air tools periodically require maintenance to keep them running at optimal performance. This often includes replacing high-wear parts such as vanes, shims, bearings and other service items. At SAIC, all servicing and repair work is carried out by highly qualified and experienced engineers, helping you keep tools running reliably while giving you a clear view of whether repair or replacement is the better option.
Our Repair Process
Tool Inspection & Assessment
A service engineer will dismantle and inspect the tool, checking any reported faults as well as wear or damage to internal parts, fittings and accessories such as backing pads, holders and connectors.
Detailed Report & Costing
You will receive a breakdown of the work required, including the likely cost of returning the machine to an operational and near-new condition, or advice if repair is not economical.
Approval & Final Testing
Once approved, the work is carried out and the tool is tested. RPM speed and vibration testing can also be provided, with certification available for an additional fee if required.
What You Receive
Engineer Recommendations
Your report can include practical advice from the engineer on how to improve tool life and performance, such as lubrication checks, air supply quality and usage recommendations.
Repair vs Replacement Advice
SAIC will provide the repair findings alongside the price of a replacement tool, helping you make a clear decision based on cost, downtime and overall value.
Service History Logging
Tool information, reports, advisories and test data can be logged on our system, making it easier to track service history and plan future maintenance intervals.

Fee Waived When Proceeding
