Description

Rosver shaft mounted flap wheels are constructed with overlapping aluminium oxide abrasive flaps arranged around a central core and permanently mounted to a 6mm shaft. This design allows the wheel to adapt to contours, edges, and internal surfaces while maintaining a smooth and even cutting action.

Designed for use with die grinders, drills, and straight grinders, these flap wheels are ideal for blending, deburring, finishing, and light stock removal in areas where larger abrasives cannot reach.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry, clean environment away from moisture and extreme temperatures. Ensure the shaft is correctly secured in the tool before operation and always run within the recommended RPM limits.

Inspect flap wheels before use and do not use if flaps are excessively worn or damaged. Always wear appropriate PPE including eye, hand, hearing, and respiratory protection. Follow all tool manufacturer safety guidelines during use.
