Quantum Spindle Mounted Flap Wheels are ideal for intricate applications and components and can be used for metals, wood, composite and plastics. These have an excellent cut rate even at low pressure.

Wheels are designed with a 3 or 6mm steel shank which runs through the wheel creating better balance, a reduction of chatter, and reduced operator fatigue. They also permit quick changes on air tools when using other abrasive products.
Flap wheels with shaft achieve their best performance at a recommended speed of 15-25m/s, which optimises stock removal, surface finish, thermal load of the workpiece and toll wear.
